Rates relative to the reservation are indicated during the reservation process. GST will be applied to the rates according to the India hotel tax regulations. Rates are only valid for the period indicated. All rates are displayed and charged in the local currency INR. The Hotel reserves the right to amend these rates without prior notice. In case of any changes in number of rooms/days of stay, Hotel reserves the right to amend the rates given above. Price lists for additional items, such as food or beverage are on display at relevant locations within the Hotel and are available on request. All outstanding charges must be paid for in full on check-out from the Hotel. We reserve the right to refuse reservation at any time for any reason. Rates will vary for long weekend, public holidays and from 20th Dec – 6th Jan

CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT The booking shall be treated as confirmed when the full (100%) payment in advance has been provided. Hotel Garh Jaisal Haveli reserves the right to release any service and space, which is not paid in advance in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.

If cancellations are made 14 days before the start date of the check in, 50% of total booking cost is refundable.
If cancellations are made within 0-14 days or "No Show" before the day of check in, 100% of booking cost is nonrefundable. In addition, should you check-out early, 100% retention will be charged for those nights booked, and the cottage will be released due to the early check-out
All changes in the reservations shall be made in writing by e-mail. The receipt must be acknowledged by the Hotel

In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, we do not allow guests into our premises without prior reservations. At the time of check-in, the guests are required as per government instructions to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference; their passport/Aadhar identity card/ Drivers Licence (with address). The information above may be requested for each member of your party over the age of 4 and we reserve the right to refuse entry to persons who cannot provide the information set out above.
Please note as per government instructions PAN card is no more a valid ID proof Guests may check-in at any time from 12:00 noon on the scheduled day of arrival. All rooms that have been secured by payment prepaid at the time of booking will he held until 10 pm on the scheduled day of arrival unless otherwise agreed directly. We kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 10:00 in the morning when departing.

Heritage Rooms
The guest does not acquire any claim for the availability of a particular room, unless the Hotel confirmed the availability of a particular room in writing. The booking is for a class of room in the Hotel and does not guarantee that you will be able to stay in a specific room seen on in promotional pictures. The maximum number of guests per Heritage room is either 2 adults + 2 children (below 12 years old), or 3 adults.

Children under 5 years old, when no additional bed is required, are free of charge. The child rate is offered for 5 – 11 years at 50% of extra adult rate. Any Children above 11 years adult rate would be applicable.

All networks from the service providers work in the Hotel and We also provide the wifi service with speed of 65 Mbps to 100 Mbps.

Please contact us on to discuss specific individual requirements and the availability of appropriate accommodation, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Any special diets shall be conveyed to Hotel Garh Jaisal Haveli staff 48 hours prior to your arrival date. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. We reserve the right to have an additional charge when the needs or wishes are outside of our service scope.

Meals will be provided at the restaurant as per meal plan while making the booking with Hotel Garh Jaisal Haveli and will be served during stipulated operational time.
Breakfast: 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Lunch: 12:30 PM to 03:30 PM
Dinner: 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM

All meals are on fixed menu basis and not a buffet and made based n seasonal available ingredients.On a full board plan the meals will served only at the restaurant, no room service will be provided, but if room service is required the same meal plan will be charged as per the menu. No refund is issued if the guest does not attend the meals during its operational time. In case of full board meal plan,the meal commences with lunch on check-in day and ends with breakfast on check-out day.
The Hotel undertakes no liability for the shelf life of the food which is taken away/ Room service.

Access to our WiFi is free for our registered guests. The Hotel WiFi access password is subject to change without notice. WiFi signals are subject to change without notice depending on the room's location, the status of our WiFi-equipment, weather conditions and exigency from the WiFi service provider. Hotel Garh Jaisal Haveli assumes no liability for guest use.

We do not have parking. Please contact the Hotel Garh Jaisal Haveli staff directly for more information. Cars and their contents are left at the guest's own risk. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage.

Guests are not permitted to smoke in Rooms or public areas, except the designated areas which are appropriately marked.
Smoking in room has fine of 2000 Rs.

Pets are not allowed at the Hotel Garh Jaisal Haveli.

Non-occupants are not allowed to visit the guests in the rooms. Restaurant is open for all guests.

There is doctor-on-call available at the Hotel. The nearest hospital is in Jaisalmer city about 1 km and 15 minutes from the Hotel. There is a first-aid facility in the reception.

Some of the activities, such as the guided Ctiy sightseeing, Camel Safari, are dependent on seasonal and weather conditions. Charges and terms and conditions apply for the mentioned experiences and activities. Hotel Garh Jaisal Haveli assumes no liability during and activities.

Any damage to Hotel property, whether accidental or deliberate, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items/amenities that are removed from the premises by them without consent.

All Hotel Garh Jaisal Haveli is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason(s). Hotel Garh Jaisal Haveli has a zero tolerance policy in which we will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in our Hotel or may remove a person, without refund, who refuses to abide by the reasonable standards and policies established by the management of the Hotel. Hotel Garh Jaisal Haveli will refuse service or evict a guest: for refusal or failure to pay for accommodations, is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substance and acts in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace of other guests; is unable to properly supervise their children at all times, seeks to use the Hotel for an unlawful purpose; seeks to bring into the Hotel: an unlawfully possessed firearm; or something, including an explosive or hazardous or toxic substance, that is unlawful to possess and that may be dangerous to other persons; destroys, damages, defaces, or threatens harm to Hotel property or guests; causes or permits persons to exceed the maximum allowable occupancy of room, refuses to abide by the reasonable standards or policies established by Hotel Garh Jaisal Haveli

Hotel Garh Jaisal Haveli assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please call us immediately and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item.

Hotel Garh Jaisal Haveli accepts no liability and will not pay any compensation or expenses incurred where the performance of its obligations is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, epidemic/ pandemic, acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility services, plant machinery, computers, vehicles or any collapse of building structures.

The Company will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any property left in the Hotel other than as required under the applicable law. Nothing contained in any document between the guest and Hotel Garh Jaisal Haveli shall be read or construed as excluding any liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence or liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

All disputes are subject to Jaisalmer Jurisdictions. Should individual provisions of the accommodation or event contract or individual provisions of these general terms and conditions for Hotel accommodation and for holding events be or become ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions will remain unaffected by this. Guest records will be kept for at least 12 months and may be disclosed or made available for inspection by any police officer or as otherwise required by applicable law in connection with the prevention or investigation of crime.
